Lead end-to-end decision science engagements for Federal clients using mathematical optimization, simulation, machine learning, statistical modeling, and analytics. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain production models; build agentic workflows; write Python; mentor junior scientists; manage projects; communicate complex findings to stakeholders; support proposals and business development; and contribute to internal practice development.

Deliver analytics consulting projects involving process automation, data visualization, statistical analysis, and analytical tool development. Partner with stakeholders to identify business value, build minimum viable products and production applications, and train business users. Use tools such as Dataiku, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, SQL, Python, cloud platforms, and modern databases while managing projects independently.

Own and grow a new-logo services pipeline through Aimpoint Digital’s Databricks partnership. Responsibilities include lead sourcing, enterprise deal management, select account management, executive relationship development, quota attainment, partner collaboration, proposal development, and articulating data, analytics, and AI service offerings. The role requires entrepreneurial initiative, strategic thinking, teamwork, and approximately 25% travel.
