Supports government relations, multilateral partnerships, and fundraising through country and stakeholder research, briefing preparation, meeting coordination, correspondence, event support, donor prospecting, and pipeline tracking. Maintains government, partner, and fundraising dashboards while preparing donor materials and leadership reports. The role requires strong organization, writing, relationship management, international affairs knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities across cultures and time zones.

Lead and build Current AI's communications function and brand, craft the movement narrative, manage media relations and agency partners, produce high‑impact content across channels, support fundraising and partner communications, and measure reach and sentiment to advance public-interest AI.

Manage invoices, payments and reconciliations; support monthly accounting, budgeting, and annual audit; prepare funder reporting; manage contracts, vendors, and compliance; maintain tools, automated workflows, and access; support grantee due diligence and cross-team operations.
