Drive growth marketing by managing conversion funnels, lifecycle email, SEO and GEO, experimentation, account-based marketing, attribution, and analytics. Build onboarding and re-engagement programs, identify target accounts with sales, create enablement materials, and use PostHog and HubSpot to measure performance. The role also involves AI-powered workflow automation, developer-focused marketing, and close collaboration with engineering.

Own the company’s AWS platform end to end, including Terraform, multi-account networking, IAM, EKS, databases, CDN, Kubernetes operations, observability, CI/CD, security controls, SOC 2 evidence, capacity planning, cost optimization, on-call support, runbooks, and incident reviews. The role serves as the single accountable infrastructure owner and partners closely with engineering leadership in a hybrid Berlin startup environment.
