Responsibilities include stakeholder intake and advisory, direct sourcing, pipeline building, candidate engagement, employer-brand messaging, structured assessments, written evaluations, shortlist quality oversight, and recruiting experimentation. The role requires independent operation across UAE, UK, and US time zones, senior stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of hiring processes and sourcing channels.

Provide fast, empathetic live chat and ticket support for clients using the platform. Troubleshoot issues, escalate complex problems, maintain support records, contribute to knowledge base, and help meet SLAs to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Manage an established portfolio of legacy clients, driving retention, growth, and expansion. Audit account health, conduct strategic check-ins and workshops, advise business owners on offers, funnels, sales, prospecting, closing, fulfillment, and AI adoption, identify upsell opportunities, resolve issues, coordinate cross-functionally, and document account activity.
