Provides medically related and clinical training for agency staff, including OSHA, AMAP, diabetes management, dysphagia, First Aid, and CPR. Develops curricula, leads Train-the-Trainer sessions, supports new nursing staff, consults on educational resources, delivers on-site refreshers, and stays current on compliance and safety requirements. The role requires an RN with five years of staff training experience and knowledge of developmental or intellectual disabilities.

Manages operational, financial, administrative, vendor, contract, facilities, and maintenance activities for the Real Property division. Responsibilities include preparing reports, spreadsheets, invoices, budgets, and meeting materials; overseeing help desk assignments; coordinating vendor contracts and inspections; maintaining preventive maintenance and compliance records; tracking projects, fleet vehicles, and drivers; and responding to information requests. Requires strong Excel, organizational, communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.

Directs contract services and cost analysis for a nonprofit employment business division. Oversees contract procurement, RFPs, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, financial reporting, audits, and variance analysis across public and private contracts. Leads a team of cost analysts, develops financial metrics and business development processes, evaluates contract opportunities, supports strategic finance initiatives, and collaborates with executive, finance, regional, and administrative stakeholders.
