Leads U.S. strategy development, strategic planning, major programs, competitive intelligence, executive communications, and M&A support. Manages a strategy team, partners with executive leadership and Consumer Insights, coordinates global and U.S. planning, develops strategic narratives and board materials, and executes CEO-requested special projects.

Manages new store, expansion, remodel, and renovation construction projects from bidding and preconstruction through construction, budget control, inspections, safety, turnover, and closeout. Coordinates contractors, developers, vendors, internal departments, and municipal stakeholders. Oversees schedules, plans, change orders, project risks, quality, compliance, costs, punch lists, warranties, and certificates of occupancy across multiple concurrent projects.

Manages grocery store construction projects from bidding and pre-construction through construction, turnover, warranty, and closeout. Responsibilities include contractor and vendor management, schedules, budgets, change orders, plan reviews, safety compliance, quality inspections, municipal approvals, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Oversees new stores, expansions, remodels, and developer-built projects across a geographic region while managing multiple concurrent projects and extensive weekly travel.
