Inspects incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products using visual and dimensional methods. Reads blueprints, documents findings digitally, identifies nonconforming materials, verifies corrective actions, and supports root-cause investigations and continuous improvement. Collaborates with production and management to maintain quality standards in a manufacturing environment. The role requires physical activity, lifting up to 50 pounds, and mandatory overtime as needed.

Provide engineering design support: create and evaluate designs, generate drawings, BOMs, change requests, maintain engineering documents and PDM records, collaborate across departments, and execute product changes and development tasks.

Operate blast booths and related equipment to remove paint, rust, and contaminants from surfaces; load/unload blast cabinets; assist with painting/coating and non-skid application; maintain and lubricate air tools and compressors; clean work area and dispose of hazardous waste; follow PPE and safety procedures. Physical lifting and standing for extended periods required.
