Owns executive-level client relationships, strategic account plans, service governance, risk mitigation, retention, renewals, and account growth. The role aligns managed services with client business outcomes, manages escalations and service improvements, oversees financial performance and billing accuracy, and coordinates delivery, sales, finance, and client teams. It also mentors Client Success Managers and drives operational excellence through IT service management best practices.

Leads regional Client Operations through organizational design, people leadership, forecasting discipline, Salesforce governance, quote-to-cash oversight, margin protection, and sales partnership. Oversees operational risk, pipeline accuracy, financial close activities, partner programs, workflow improvements, and cross-functional initiatives. Ensures consistent governance and scalable practices across regions while supporting revenue growth and financial stability.

Owns end-to-end development of Signal, an Elixir-based ERP platform using Phoenix and Phoenix LiveView. Responsibilities include designing architecture, building integrations, writing tested and maintainable code, supporting production, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with product and operations teams across the US and India. The role also contributes to engineering standards, roadmap planning, and responsible use of AI development tools.
