Support Client Directors across the transaction lifecycle to protect and grow gross profit margins and customer satisfaction. Manage quotes-to-cash, maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, handle orders and proposals, coordinate with internal teams and AR, build client profiles, and provide value-add reporting and presentations to ensure timely resolutions and strong client relationships.

Lead design, deployment, and lifecycle management of VMware Cloud Foundation solutions. Own technical delivery, automation (Terraform, Ansible, PowerCLI), performance tuning, and integration with third-party tools. Mentor consultants, run workshops, and drive reusable deployment methodologies and process improvements.

Lead client-facing Data & Analytics engagements across pre-sales, architecture, and delivery. Define strategy, roadmaps, solution designs, and SOWs for modern data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI enablement. Drive practice development, create reusable IP, mentor teams, and ensure quality delivery and strong business outcomes.
