Leads AHEAD’s Specialist Solutions Engineering team, overseeing daily management, strategic technical direction, coaching, career development, performance metrics, partner relationships, customer engagement, presales processes, quoting, and collaboration with sales and delivery leaders. The role presents solutions to customers and partners, supports sales plays, develops resource capacity processes, and maintains alignment across presales, delivery, and customer stakeholders.

Drive enterprise adoption of AI services-led solutions by developing sales strategies, building pipelines, advising C-level stakeholders, designing tailored engagements, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing complex professional or managed services deals. Collaborate with consulting, delivery, presales, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams while contributing market insights, sales enablement, and thought leadership.

Leads enterprise organizational change management and transformation engagements, building durable change capabilities through Centers of Excellence, playbooks, manager-led practices, adoption metrics, and AI-enabled tools. Owns workstreams, client relationships, change strategies, stakeholder engagement, value realization, and roadmap development. Coaches junior consultants and client teams, supports proposals and practice development, and uses data to measure behavioral adoption and business outcomes. Requires Prosci ADKAR expertise, consulting experience, enterprise AI tool proficiency, and approximately 25% travel.
