Provides Tier 3 technical leadership for enterprise virtualization and compute platforms in managed-services environments. Responsibilities include incident escalation, architecture oversight, lifecycle management, capacity planning, security, monitoring, documentation, client onboarding, vendor coordination, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. The role supports VMware VCF, Nutanix AHV, OpenShift Virtualization, enterprise infrastructure, and 24x7 on-call operations while mentoring engineers and communicating technical risks to customers.

Provides proactive, high-discretion support to C-level executives by managing complex calendars, communications, travel, expenses, meetings, events, follow-up, and special projects. The role anticipates executive needs, protects priorities, coordinates stakeholders, handles confidential information, improves administrative systems, and ensures polished execution. It requires frequent in-office presence, responsiveness beyond standard business hours, and strong judgment in a fast-moving environment.

Manages office operations, administrative processes, facilities coordination, vendors, supplies, inventory, events, budgets, access badges, conference rooms, and workplace communications. Serves as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients while improving office efficiency, maintaining resources, and coordinating support across multiple locations.
