Serve as the embedded change lead to drive AI adoption across a business unit: design change strategy, redesign roles and workflows for AI-augmentation, build capability programs, enable managers, run workforce planning, and measure adoption and impact while embedding responsible AI practices.

Design, build, and maintain custom IAM applications, APIs, and automation for identity lifecycle, role/entitlement models, provisioning/deprovisioning, and integrations across Okta, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure, and AWS. Lead and mentor developers, participate in SDLC, troubleshooting, and ensure secure, auditable, and scalable IAM solutions working with security and business stakeholders.

Lead multi-cloud FinOps engineering to improve cost visibility, tagging, allocation, and optimization. Build dashboards and automated remediation, manage reservations/savings, implement policy-as-code and IaC, partner with finance and platform teams, and support CI/CD and observability to embed cost governance across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
