Performs field surveying as part of a survey crew, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, right-of-way, and construction surveys. Operates and maintains survey equipment, records field notes, collects data, performs basic calculations, and assists with construction staking. The role requires outdoor work in varied weather, physical lifting, a Washington driver's license, and eligibility for clearance at local military installations.

Provides urban and long-range planning services for public and private clients across Washington and the West Coast. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive, subarea, parks, recreation, open-space, and development plans; creating environmental review documents; conducting research; writing; preparing graphics and maps; supporting public engagement; and collaborating on project design and entitlements with clients, officials, citizens’ groups, and multidisciplinary teams.
