Supports procurement activities by preparing RFQs, processing purchase requisitions and orders, organizing vendor quotations, maintaining supplier records, monitoring deliveries, and coordinating with vendors and internal manufacturing teams. The role also handles purchasing reports, document management, data entry, receiving support, and general administrative duties while ensuring materials and outsourced components align with production schedules.

Supports procurement activities for outsourced manufacturing, including purchase requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders, vendor communication, delivery expediting, supplier database maintenance, reporting, filing, and receiving verification. Coordinates with suppliers and internal production teams to ensure materials and services are purchased accurately and delivered on schedule. Provides administrative and reception support while maintaining accurate records, safety compliance, confidentiality, and strong follow-up in a manufacturing environment.

Designs and develops automated equipment, tooling, dies, molds, fixtures, and related mechanical systems. Creates concepts, layouts, detailed CAD drawings, simulations, FEA, technical documentation, and engineering revisions. Selects purchased components, supports debugging and development, applies GD&T, safety, ergonomics, manufacturing, and controls principles, and uses Epicor ERP. Leads projects and multiple designers, mentors junior staff, coordinates with stakeholders, and contributes to continuous improvement.

Set up and operate CNC machining centers to produce precision metallic and nonmetallic parts. The machinist writes and troubleshoots basic CNC programs, performs machine setups, conducts in-process inspections, adjusts equipment, interprets blueprints and GD&T, performs basic maintenance, and collaborates with engineers, toolmakers, programmers, and other team members. The role requires independent work in a manufacturing environment and may involve first- or second-shift scheduling.

Generates new and existing-customer sales for custom automation, robotics, machining, and engineering solutions across the Southwest territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, closing profitable business, developing account plans, consulting with customers, coordinating requirements with engineering and manufacturing, supporting project launches, monitoring project issues, maintaining Salesforce pipeline data, and assisting with payment collection. The role requires 35–40% travel across Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.
