Ahaar Scan
Commission-free QR ordering platform for Indian restaurants, cafes, and food businesses. Scan, order, pay. No app needed
AhaarScan is a commission-free QR ordering platform for Indian restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, QSRs, and food businesses of every size. Instead of paying aggregators like Swiggy or Zomato 15-30% commission on every order, restaurant owners pay one flat monthly fee and keep 100% of what their customers spend.
The product works through a single QR code placed on a table or counter. Customers scan it, browse a live interactive menu on their own phone, and place an order for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery, no app to download, no account required. Orders land instantly on the restaurant's dashboard with a sound alert, moving from accepted to preparing to ready. Payments come in through UPI or card and settle to the owner's bank account the next day.
Beyond ordering, AhaarScan gives restaurant owners tools that PDF menus and aggregator listings never offered: loyalty points to bring guests back, coupons and discount codes, WhatsApp ordering for regulars, full menu control that updates instantly, per-table QR codes with live table management, and sales analytics showing top dishes, busiest hours, and daily revenue.
The most important thing AhaarScan gives restaurants is something aggregators actively take away: ownership of their own customers. Every order captures the customer's phone number, order history, and visit pattern directly into the restaurant's own account, not a third party's database. Owners can then run their own WhatsApp or SMS campaigns and build real loyalty, instead of renting demand from a platform every single time.
AhaarScan is built specifically for how India orders and pays: UPI-first payments, WhatsApp ordering, GST and service charge configured the Indian way, and a setup simple enough for an owner with no technical background to go live in about ten minutes.
AhaarScan is the first product built on a broader QR-first philosophy: that in India, a QR code, not an app and not a website, is the right way for a small business to go digital, because it asks nothing extra of the owner or the customer beyond a scan they already know how to do.
