Lead the analytics data layer: design and operate a ClickHouse-backed warehouse, define and validate trusted metrics, build customer-facing React dashboards and internal Grafana/self-serve tooling, and ensure data quality, lineage, and documentation for telemetry-derived insights.

Field-facing, quota-carrying account manager responsible for supporting demos, pilots, and on-site deployments with farmers and enterprise customers. Build trusted customer relationships, capture and translate field feedback to Product and Engineering, manage strategic account portfolio, drive revenue through pilots and expansions, maintain records in HubSpot and Google Workspace, and represent the company at events. Frequent travel to customer sites and close collaboration with Field Engineering and Sales leadership.

Build and deploy real-time multimodal perception systems (camera, LiDAR, radar) for 3D/BEV scene understanding. Optimize models for low-latency embedded inference, design auto-labeling and data pipelines, evaluate metrics, and validate systems on real machines in rugged environments.
