Build trusted customer relationships, capture and translate field feedback to Product and Engineering, manage strategic account portfolio, drive revenue through pilots and expansions, maintain records in HubSpot and Google Workspace, and represent the company at events. Frequent travel to customer sites and close collaboration with Field Engineering and Sales leadership.
