Performs accurate and timely data entry of sample information into LIMS, generates laboratory information sheets, processes add tests and reruns, corrects errors, and maintains client records across CRM, LIMS, and financial systems. The role also delegates overflow work, supports client service and website procedures, responds to client inquiries, and promotes workplace safety.
