Manage a controlling team, perform manufacturing cost calculations and contribution-margin accounting, maintain cost center accounting, prepare management reports and dashboards, support budgeting, forecasting, investment ROI analysis, and improve master data quality to enable data-driven executive decision-making.

Program, set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes and fabrication equipment for plastic and steel products. Create and interpret CAD drawings and machining templates, build prototypes and mold fixtures, quote and assist with CNC-related purchases, and collaborate with maintenance, operators, management and quality to resolve machining issues and ensure safe, on-time production.
