The Safety Manager develops and maintains workplace safety policies, training programs, audits, OSHA documentation, accident investigations, emergency preparedness plans, PPE requirements, and safety committees across manufacturing locations. The role analyzes safety trends, coordinates corrective actions, leads emergency communications, supports regulatory compliance, and collaborates with plant and executive leadership to reduce workplace risks.

Coordinates sales support activities, including entering orders, quotes, purchase orders, and invoices; following up with customers; calculating product and material quantities; monitoring raw-material inventory; preparing shipping documents; and supporting order fulfillment. The role requires strong math, organization, communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills, with customer service or inventory experience and ERP familiarity preferred.

Performs financial planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, consolidated financial reporting, compliance, transfer pricing support, and financial process improvement. Collaborates with finance, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain teams on inventory planning, capital expenditures, profitability, and financial strategy. Develops financial models, dashboards, automated reporting tools, and analyses for management and group-level finance leadership.

Program, set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes and fabrication equipment for plastic and steel products. Create and interpret CAD drawings and machining templates, build prototypes and mold fixtures, quote and assist with CNC-related purchases, and collaborate with maintenance, operators, management and quality to resolve machining issues and ensure safe, on-time production.

Lead ERP-driven cost controlling, reporting, and analysis for a manufacturing business unit. Manage a controlling team, perform manufacturing cost calculations and contribution-margin accounting, maintain cost center accounting, prepare management reports and dashboards, support budgeting, forecasting, investment ROI analysis, and improve master data quality to enable data-driven executive decision-making.
