Lead and deliver strategic simplification and optimization projects across Fresh Products. Manage multidisciplinary, multi-site teams; develop project plans, change management, capacity forecasting, stakeholder communications, and present recommendations to senior leadership to improve processes, commercial performance, and distribution operations.

Perform general production and sanitation tasks in a food manufacturing plant: prepare work areas, packaging, washing and sanitation per quality and hygiene standards, transport materials and cheeses between departments, assist with inventory and cleaning. Work rotating shifts (days/evenings/nights/weekends). Must pass a math and mechanical logic test and have basic teamwork, judgment, and manual skills. French language proficiency required.

Operate forklifts to receive, store and ship goods while ensuring quality, safety, and sanitary standards. Complete production reports, validate data in SAP, support departmental improvements, and work all shifts (day/evening/night/weekend). Maintain organized storage and meet performance targets.
