Lead development and implementation of enterprise cybersecurity strategy and controls. Manage security operations, incident response, digital forensics, risk management, third-party security, compliance, audits, security awareness/training, and reporting. Oversee and mentor the information security team and coordinate with stakeholders to protect data, systems, and networks while ensuring regulatory and industry standard compliance.

Lead and execute site-wide operational training for manufacturing, operationalize the local Education & Training roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams on Health & Safety, Quality, and Compliance training, analyze and optimize training effectiveness, deploy digital learning tools, build and coach a local training team, and drive continuous improvement in operator skills and standard work.

Plan and schedule production for cheese, cream blends, and by-products; manage milk transport and by-product logistics; track production hours, maintain raw material inventories, perform monthly counts, attend daily production meetings, and follow up with internal and external clients to monitor key categories and bottlenecks.
