Leads Middle Office, Contracts, Documentation, and Trade Execution teams for physical agricultural commodity transactions. Owns the lifecycle from trade confirmation through contract issuance, shipment, documentation, payment, settlement, reconciliation, and closure. Oversees contracts, Letters of Credit, shipping documents, claims, demurrage, controls, KPIs, process improvement, systems, and stakeholder coordination with Trading, Logistics, Finance, banks, and service providers. Develops teams, reduces execution risk and errors, and improves turnaround times and operational cost efficiency.

Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for a new manufacturing facility. Manage requirements gathering, process design, manufacturing and supply chain module configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, UAT, documentation, training, deployment, and post-go-live improvements. Coordinate internal stakeholders, system integrators, developers, and vendors while serving as the internal ERP subject matter expert across manufacturing, warehouse, procurement, sales, and finance processes.

Lead North American B2B technical sales for plant protein isolates/concentrates. Drive full sales cycle from technical discovery and trials to large-volume supply contracts, partner with R&D and QA for formulation and regulatory needs, maintain CRM pipeline, and represent the brand at industry events. Target growth, volume scaling, and account retention.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website and other platforms. Create social content, update website assets, capture/edit photos and videos, produce short-form multimedia, design creatives, maintain content calendars, monitor campaign performance, coordinate with internal and Singapore HQ teams, and support brand visibility and lead generation.
