Provides administrative, financial, and operational support for an agricultural equipment dealership. Responsibilities include preparing reports, processing equipment inventory transactions, balancing cash and deposits, maintaining tax and vendor records, supporting Parts and Service teams, communicating with customers, assisting with events and community outreach, coordinating maintenance, and helping maintain an organized facility.

Supports the Parts Department by assisting customers, supplying parts to service technicians, stocking and organizing inventory, transferring parts and equipment, maintaining department cleanliness, supporting merchandising displays, and occasionally selling parts. The role requires customer service, communication, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, physical ability to handle materials, and willingness to work outdoors, overtime, weekends, evenings, and rotating on-call shifts.

Leads and builds the marketing function for a multi-location agricultural equipment dealership. Responsibilities include managing marketing staff, developing CRM-driven lifecycle campaigns, employer branding and recruiting marketing, internal communications, video content, local brand strategy, website and SEO operations, campaign planning, budget management, cooperative marketing programs, and performance reporting. The role partners closely with Sales, Service, Parts, and HR to improve customer retention, revenue, recruiting, and employee engagement.
