Supports business transformation across commercial insurance functions by analysing processes, operating models, requirements, data, and customer journeys. The role identifies inefficiencies, recommends improvements, supports automation and AI adoption, facilitates stakeholder workshops, and contributes to business cases, delivery, UAT, readiness, and outcome tracking. It requires strong business analysis, data interpretation, process modelling, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of insurance operations and technology.

Analyze insurance business processes, operating models, customer journeys, and data to identify improvement opportunities. Support transformation initiatives across underwriting, claims, pricing, operations, distribution, and technology. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, develop recommendations, define metrics and dashboards, support automation and AI adoption, and contribute to business cases, process design, UAT, readiness, and implementation. Bring commercial insurance and market insight to deliver measurable operational and customer outcomes.

Develop, enhance, maintain, and support AgriNet, an enterprise crop insurance application. Responsibilities include designing technical solutions, interpreting requirements, participating in code reviews, ensuring documentation and test coverage, managing application enhancements, resolving incidents, and supporting enterprise web services and platforms. The role requires software development expertise with .NET, JavaScript frameworks, SQL Server, integration architecture, security patterns, REST and SOAP services, and test-driven development.
