Advises executives on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, engagement, and inclusion. Leads strategic HR projects, supports regional and global initiatives, coaches HR professionals, guides organizational change, and prepares Board and executive leadership papers. The role is based in London and requires substantial UK property and casualty insurance industry experience.
