AgriSompo North America Benefits Overview

Provides HR advisory support to employees, managers, HR business partners, and HR leadership. Advises on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration. Supports HR projects, budgets, procedures, data analytics, and regulatory requirements while independently managing lower-tier employee relations cases and guiding managers through HR programs.

Manage and modernize Sompo’s global information security program across thousands of users, developers, IT staff, network devices, and physical and cloud locations. Responsibilities include maintaining security controls, vulnerability management, security alerting, incident response, SDLC security integration, security communications, regulatory alignment, risk prioritization, KPI development, and leadership of hybrid security teams.

Handles primary and excess general liability claims, providing technical oversight to third-party administrators and guidance on coverage, reserves, litigation strategy, negotiations, and settlements. Analyzes claim trends, manages counsel and expenses, maintains accurate claim files, supports underwriting and actuarial teams during renewals, and ensures compliance with claim-handling standards. The role requires extensive excess claims experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, insurance expertise, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
