Manages QC personnel, reviews raw material and product results, collaborates with Production and Procurement, monitors quality trends, and maintains compliance with relevant quality systems and standards.

Manage the vegetable product portfolio from R&D handover through launch, commercialization, commercial support, and rationalization. Coordinate product data, positioning, training materials, technical support, wholesale channel resources, and sales enablement. Act as the link between R&D, supply chain, production, agronomists, and commercial teams while tracking trials, development timelines, market needs, and product performance.

Manages the lifecycle of agricultural products from R&D handover through launch, commercial support, and portfolio rationalization. Supports wholesale channels and sales teams with product kits, training, technical materials, application guidance, and performance information. Coordinates with R&D, supply chain, production, agronomists, and commercial teams to align product development, availability, market requirements, and customer feedback. Develops product positioning and translates technical and agronomic data into commercial value.
