Supports commodity and ingredient businesses through inventory analytics, customer order management, product allocation, pricing administration, supply chain coordination, and logistics activities. Develops reports, dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs; coordinates shipments and warehouse routing; resolves order, inventory, pricing, billing, and service issues; and drives process improvements. Collaborates with customers, sales, supply chain, operations, quality, finance, warehouses, carriers, and transportation teams to align demand, inventory, fulfillment, and pricing.

Design and evolve brand assets across packaging, print, digital, web, email, presentations, social media, and marketing communications. Manage packaging production from concept through final delivery, ensure brand consistency, review agency work, collaborate with vendors, retouch imagery, create presentations and comps, and improve creative workflows. The role requires managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining high technical and creative standards.

Processes plant purchases, receipts, invoices, capital project purchases, inventory entries, and bulk cheese sales. Coordinates with supervisors, purchasing, vendors, and accounts receivable to resolve discrepancies and ensure complete records. Supports month-end sales and inventory reconciliations, prepares ad hoc analyses, and orders administrative supplies. The role also follows facility safety, environmental, GMP, and PPE requirements.
