Lead global harmonization and lifecycle management of the flavor portfolio. Own governance, optimize flavor libraries to support NPD and speed-to-market, manage digital tools (e.g., SAP), define and track KPIs, ensure reporting, and drive cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain.

Lead OHS and process improvement at the Kroellendorf plant: identify, develop and implement OHS, production and EMS projects; run Lean workshops and training; monitor KPIs, analyze processes and waste, conduct audits, assess hazards, investigate incidents, draft and enforce safety regulations, and manage improvement projects end-to-end.

Support the sales team as liaison to production, marketing, QA, R&D, logistics and purchasing. Process customer inquiries, monitor contracts, create calculations and samples, coordinate development projects and tastings, manage customers up to ~EUR100k, perform market analysis, and organize customer visits.
