Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and finance operations: own AP cycle, handle customer receipts and bank reconciliations, administer NetSuite, manage tax filings, reconcile intercompany balances, support month-end close and P&L/balance sheet reconciliations, lead process improvements and expense reimbursements, and support ad hoc finance projects.

Serve as clients' primary contact to onboard, train, and drive adoption of Agora's SaaS platform. Build tailored success plans, advocate customer needs to product, lead cross-functional projects, and identify upsell opportunities to increase retention and revenue.

Lead day-to-day service delivery for Accounting and Tax Services, managing staffing, capacity planning, operational processes, KPIs, cross-functional rollout of tools, and escalation/client experience while scaling teams.
