Lead full-stack architecture and development for high-traffic Agoda products used by millions of customers. Own frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and Backend for Frontend layers; drive scalable system design, technical decisions, migrations, and engineering excellence across teams. Mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and Design, and deliver reliable, user-centered features and experiments across web and cross-platform environments.

Manage and continuously optimize the Compliance Management System, including external assessments, vendor monitoring, compliance training, governance documentation, and reporting. Serve as a risk and compliance subject matter expert for regulated partners, advise cross-functional teams, identify control gaps, and implement scalable process improvements. Use AI and automation to improve compliance efficiency while validating recommendations and ensuring accountability across partnerships.

Own and scale Agoda’s B2B event marketing channel by translating commercial priorities into event strategies, roadmaps, measurement frameworks, and scalable operating models. Lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives across sales, business development, supply, PR, content, branding, and leadership. Establish governance, track milestones and risks, analyze ROI and pipeline impact, build dashboards, and optimize event effectiveness through data-driven testing.
