Leads Agoda’s China growth strategy, managing teams across offices, setting objectives and KPIs, improving operational efficiency, expanding hotel and industry partnerships, and scaling innovative products and programs. The role collaborates with product, finance, and marketing teams, uses data to identify revenue opportunities, represents Agoda at industry events, and recruits, coaches, and retains senior staff. It requires extensive business development, sales and marketing leadership, analytical ability, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Manage a portfolio of 75–100 hotel partners across Europe through remote, digital-first account management. Build partner relationships, improve supply and portfolio performance metrics, activate Agoda products and promotions, track outcomes, maintain quarterly portfolio coverage, handle escalations, and prioritize underperforming properties. The role requires analytical decision-making, B2B relationship management, negotiation, strong communication, independence, and adaptability to evolving tools and workflows.

Manage strategic hotel-partner accounts across Hong Kong, building long-term relationships, improving account performance, driving revenue growth, acquiring new supply, and delivering consultative solutions. The role requires frequent partner engagement, data-driven prioritization, stakeholder influence, KPI ownership, and collaboration with internal teams.
