Use data-driven insights and Agoda systems to drive commercial performance, deliver consultative recommendations, manage large portfolios, execute growth initiatives, and monitor market health metrics to maximize supply performance.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Supply roles: partner with hiring managers, deliver against hiring targets and SLAs, maintain pipelines and records, use data to identify risks, collaborate with People Team partners, contribute to sourcing and process improvements, and ensure strong candidate experience and compliance.

The intern will support Talent Acquisition through competitive insights and market intelligence research, analyzing recruitment tools, trends, and practices to enhance Agoda's strategies.
