Responsibilities include battery architecture, cell selection, electrical and thermal design, BMS integration, protection systems, testing, environmental qualification, failure analysis, vendor coordination, and integration with motor drives and power systems. The role also supports prototype assembly, troubleshooting, and vehicle testing.

Design and develop high-power, high-voltage BLDC/PMSM motors for propulsion and actuation. Responsibilities include motor architecture, sizing, electromagnetic, mechanical, thermal, rotor dynamics, vibration, insulation, materials, testing, qualification, failure investigation, and system integration. The role requires simulation and FEA, high-speed rotating machinery knowledge, motor testing, engineering calculations, and correlation of simulations with experimental data.

Research markets, customers, suppliers, partners, competitors, and industry developments to identify business opportunities. Engage with external stakeholders, gather requirements, maintain opportunity databases, follow up on leads, and collaborate with technical, operations, procurement, and leadership teams to convert opportunities into business initiatives. The role involves extensive travel, fieldwork, relationship building, market analysis, and presenting actionable insights.
