Leads Workday Learning design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and client engagement. Responsibilities include configuring learning modules and workflows, designing compliance and learner strategies, facilitating workshops, overseeing testing and deployment, advising on analytics and certifications, mentoring consultants, and supporting Workday feature releases. Requires extensive Workday HCM and Learning experience, certification, implementation lifecycle expertise, AMS support experience, client-facing solution design skills, and knowledge of external content integrations.

Leads the design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of Workday integrations across enterprise systems. Uses Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs, XML, and XSLT to deliver secure and scalable data exchanges. Defines integration architecture, facilitates client workshops, manages defect resolution and validation, collaborates with vendors, supports release management, and mentors consultants.

Defines end-to-end Workday architecture across HCM, integrations, payroll, talent, and analytics. Leads enterprise implementations and transformation programs, establishes architecture governance and standards, advises senior stakeholders, oversees integration and data strategies, ensures security and compliance, reviews technical deliverables, and mentors senior consultants. The role also identifies opportunities for automation and AI across the Workday ecosystem and supports global, multi-country deployments.
