Provide first-line business and application support via ticketing, email and phone; monitor systems, analyze issues using SQL, escalate incidents, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call rotations. Recommend process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SLA-driven service continuity.

Design and build scalable backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Work with MongoDB, RDBMS, Snowflake and DBT to design schemas, optimize queries, and build data pipelines. Implement high-performance REST APIs, write unit tests, participate in system architecture, and contribute to CI/CD in Agile teams. Also develop frontend components using React and TypeScript.
