Manages G&A financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, monthly variance analysis, cost allocations, and executive reporting. Oversees Financial Analysts, coordinates special projects, researches accounting issues, and recommends process improvements. The role requires healthcare finance experience, strong Excel skills, financial analysis capability, and a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

Manages financial analysts and supports financial planning, operating metric analysis, executive reporting, capital expenditure analysis, strategic decision-making, technical accounting research, process improvement, and departmental projects. Oversees staff responsibilities, evaluates processes, coordinates timelines, and provides financial and accounting analysis for operational and strategic needs.

Supports an interim CTO and executive leadership team through complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, agenda development, minutes, expense reporting, correspondence, event planning, stakeholder communication, and sensitive project execution. The role requires independent judgment, discretion, proactive prioritization, and on-site work in Burlington, Massachusetts one to two days weekly.
