Teams at Agility Robotics

Lead two teams building real-time AI perception and learning-from-demonstration skills for humanoid robots, from research through production deployment. Own roadmaps, accelerate data collection and fleet learning, hire and mentor staff, and drive performance and reliability for deployed robot systems.

Develop and maintain OS images, kernels, bootloaders, device drivers, filesystems, and service orchestration for deployed humanoid robots. Build secure OTA/update mechanisms, provisioning scripts, and system orchestration (systemd, k3s). Troubleshoot low-level OS and hardware integration issues, write maintainable code and tests, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve tooling and reliability.

The role involves managing complex robotics projects, integrating hardware and software, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product commercialization while providing mentorship and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
