Design, prototype, analyze, and document electromechanical components and subassemblies for humanoid robots. Collaborate with electrical, software, manufacturing, test, and industrial design teams; support design reviews, root-cause investigations, robustness improvements, and engineering process development. The role requires mechanical analysis, tolerance stack modeling, FEA, thermal analysis, and comprehensive design documentation. It also includes mentoring junior engineers, tracking work in Jira and Confluence, and traveling up to 25% to Salem.

Own multi-channel demand generation and full-funnel campaign strategy across web, social, email, search, paid media, webinars, and events. Manage paid media budgets, ABM programs, campaign calendars, testing, conversion optimization, and KPI performance. Partner with content, product marketing, events, and sales teams to drive awareness, pipeline, revenue, lead conversion, and sales enablement. Evolve SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to improve visibility across traditional and AI-driven search.

Own end-to-end supply planning for raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods. Develop replenishment and master supply plans, monitor MRP and demand signals, manage supplier and contract manufacturer readiness, mitigate lead-time risks, establish safety stocks, reconcile inventory, and prevent production line-stops. Partner with Engineering and Sourcing on engineering changes and material transitions while optimizing ERP master data. Use AI and automated data workflows to investigate discrepancies, detect risks, and improve planning accuracy.
