Agility Robotics Benefits Overview

Own systems integration planning and execution for humanoid robots, coordinating mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software teams. Lead integration cadences, dependency and risk tracking, Jira dashboards, and program reporting. Build and manage a Hardware-in-the-Loop test capability, including automated testing, simulation environments, test coverage, and failure analysis. Facilitate technical discussions, resolve interface issues, coordinate test infrastructure, and communicate program health and recommendations to leadership.

Leads deep-dive investigations of electromechanical, hardware, and system-level failures across deployed humanoid robots. Responsibilities include telemetry-driven triage, physical failure analysis, 8D and CAPA execution, field containment, lab and external testing management, RMA workflow standardization, and reliability reporting. The role partners with design, manufacturing, supplier quality, field operations, and customer teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
