Analyzes and maintains manufacturing, laboratory, planning, quoting, and product data. Develops reports, dashboards, KPIs, data models, and analytical workflows supporting scheduling, capacity planning, resource utilization, and data integrity. Investigates discrepancies, improves processes, translates business needs into system requirements, and supports LIMS configuration, migrations, testing, documentation, implementation, and user training. Collaborates with manufacturing, laboratory, quality, planning, and technical teams while applying responsible AI practices.

Provides administrative and process support to sales operations, responds to customer inquiries, coordinates with internal teams, manages customer visits and demonstration equipment records, supports orders and issue resolution, and prepares routine sales and operational reports. Maintains accurate records, analyzes business information, and ensures timely follow-up with customers and sales stakeholders.

Provides technical pre-sales expertise for GCMS systems, including customer requirements analysis, demonstrations, solution recommendations, competitive positioning, sales planning, technical presentations, training, and deal closure. Serves as a subject matter expert, supports sales quotas, influences product development, and resolves application challenges. The role requires hybrid work, residence near Little Falls or Wood Dale, up to 60% North American travel, and a valid driver’s license.
