Provides pre- and post-sales technical application support for ICP-MS and ICP-QQQ systems. Conducts sample analyses, customer demonstrations, seminars, conferences, training, and technical presentations. Develops sales strategies with product specialists and account managers, contributes to application publications, reports field trends, and supports systems in 21 CFR-compliant environments. Requires extensive travel throughout the United States.

Coordinates customer service delivery, preventive maintenance, repairs, compliance services, and third-party vendors. Schedules service events, tracks costs and service levels, maintains accurate data, manages customer communications, supervises vendor performance, resolves cross-functional issues, and recommends delivery or cost improvements. Requires customer database, scheduling, communication, procurement, and service management experience, with occasional travel and compliance with customer site requirements.

Leads SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and ERP transformation initiatives across procurement, materials management, source-to-pay, integrations, BTP extensions, and enterprise architecture. Owns SAP BTM tools including LeanIX, Signavio, Cloud ALM, Tricentis, and Syniti. Guides data migration, archiving, governance, testing, application rationalization, and clean-core adoption while partnering with business stakeholders, project teams, system integrators, and technology teams.
