Lead the assessment and modernization of an FDA-regulated SaaS product’s legacy architecture. Define a target-state design using Domain-Driven Design and clean architecture, address technical debt, improve scalability and data pipelines, and establish refactoring and architectural roadmaps. Provide hands-on technical leadership to a mixed-technology team while improving CI/CD, testing, security, auditability, documentation, and engineering standards.

Execute large-scale data platform migrations to Snowflake, adapting approximately 1,000 datasets and existing pipelines. Build, test, schedule, and monitor Airflow workflows while supporting migrations from Airflow 2 to 3, Confluent regions, and Iceberg. Ensure data quality, reliability, performance, and timely delivery while partnering with data platform teams. The role requires strong Python, advanced SQL, Snowflake modeling, Spark/PySpark, Kafka, AWS S3, and large-scale data engineering experience.

Build and maintain scalable web and API automation frameworks, define squad-level automation strategies, validate microservices and frontend experiences, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and mentor engineers on quality practices. The role requires strong Java development skills, REST Assured, Playwright, shift-left testing, independent execution, and technical leadership.
