Lead the data intelligence dimension of Agileday’s AI product by building AI-ready data foundations, predictive and recommendation capabilities, learning systems, feedback loops, and production data pipelines. Partner with founders and product teams to identify commercially valuable opportunities, shape architecture and quality standards, and move solutions from experimentation into reliable customer-facing products.

Build and refine product features across planning, design, implementation, and maintenance. Focus on frontend development, user experience, accessibility, interaction design, design systems, and meticulous UI polish. Collaborate with designers and developers to raise quality standards, work effectively within a large codebase, and use AI-assisted development tools while maintaining strong product judgment and craftsmanship.
