Create and maintain 2D drawings and 3D SOLIDWORKS models; apply GD&T and ASME drafting standards; manage BOMs, part libraries, PDM administration, revision control, and release processes; collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers; provide CAD/PDM support, training, and process improvements; produce concept renderings and cost estimates.

Lead execution of complex aerospace propulsion programs from concept through production and lifecycle support. Manage integrated schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Drive program governance, process improvements, mentoring, and data-driven performance analysis. Support proposals and customer engagements while ensuring compliance with contractual and quality requirements.

Lead product definition and roadmap for monopropellant propulsion products. Own technical proposal volumes, define product-level requirements from award through SRR, coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, programs, and customers, support gated reviews, trade studies, anomaly investigations, and ensure alignment of product capabilities with mission needs.
