Supports multidisciplinary engineering teams developing in-space propulsion systems from requirements through production readiness. Coordinates technical planning, work packages, design, integration, testing, issue resolution, documentation, design reviews, customer alignment, resource planning, schedules, risks, and technical decisions. The role requires hardware product development experience in a manufacturing environment and collaboration across engineering disciplines, with chemical propulsion, systems engineering, technical reviews, and hazardous propellant experience preferred.

Supports and leads quality engineering across aerospace propulsion hardware design, manufacturing, testing, and delivery. Responsibilities include quality planning, process control, AS9102 first article inspections, configuration management, nonconformance disposition, root cause analysis, corrective actions, supplier quality, audits, QMS compliance, risk mitigation, and quality metrics. Senior-level duties include approving verification plans, leading audits, making hardware disposition decisions, and driving cross-functional process improvements.

Leads technical execution for multidisciplinary development of in-space propulsion systems, engines, and components. Manages development plans, work packages, milestones, technical risks, baselines, changes, documentation, reviews, and customer deliverables. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply chain, quality, suppliers, customers, and program management to align technical objectives, resources, cost, schedule, and priorities. Drives technical decisions and complex issues to resolution while providing technical leadership across aerospace hardware programs.
