Coordinates staffing, test campaign planning, facility scheduling, purchasing, vendor management, and shipping/receiving for propulsion testing operations. Tracks consumables and inventory, manages the site Kanban system, supports forecasting, audits, compliance, and process improvements, and coordinates across engineering, program management, finance, vendors, and test operations. The role requires reliable onsite work in an active, hazardous industrial environment and occasional overtime.

Lead mechanical design for chemical rocket systems: create concepts, perform hand calculations and CAD designs, conduct structural/thermal/fluid analysis, coordinate design reviews, oversee vendors and manufacturing transitions, develop assembly/test instructions, execute hands-on assembly and testing, analyze data, and drive risk mitigation and cross-functional communication.

Design, analyze, prototype, manufacture, and test mechanical components and assemblies for chemical rocket engines and in-space propulsion systems. Lead design reviews, create CAD models, drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions; perform structural, thermal, and fluid analyses; coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams; support hardware assembly, testing, data analysis, risk mitigation, and customer communication.
