Leads product strategy and delivery for the VA Travel Pay product. Responsibilities include managing the roadmap and backlog, facilitating agile ceremonies, coordinating dependencies and releases across teams, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, resolving blockers, engaging stakeholders, and partnering with UX research and design. The role also presents product updates, supports discovery, negotiates scope and timing, and guides iterative delivery in a complex federal environment.

Lead CMS and HHS market development by shaping strategy, building government and industry relationships, managing qualified pipeline, developing partnerships, and connecting opportunities with delivery capabilities. The role requires deep CMS procurement knowledge, federal technology or consulting business development experience, cross-functional collaboration, strategic judgment, and effective use of AI-enabled tools. This is a highly autonomous, remote senior leadership position focused on sustainable growth and mission-aligned work.
