The Technical Architect will lead a cross-functional team to improve Veterans' digital healthcare experience through architecture and development using modern technologies and agile practices.

The role involves business development in the HHS sector, building relationships, evaluating opportunities, and utilizing AI tools for strategic growth. Responsibilities include engaging with industry, managing pipelines, and understanding procurement processes to drive value-driven outcomes.

Build and maintain production-grade APIs, services, developer tooling (SDKs, CLIs, validators), and documentation. Implement CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud environments, and observability. Collaborate across disciplines, mentor teammates, troubleshoot production issues, and use AI tools responsibly to improve delivery.
