Teams at Agile Retail

Supervise and motivate the retail store team on shift while delivering exceptional customer service and representing the Yankee Candle brand. Build product knowledge, support sales performance, maintain merchandising, stock, compliance, and presentation standards, and resolve or escalate operational issues. Lead by example in a fast-paced shop-floor environment and contribute to a positive, inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Coordinates the full candidate journey, including recruitment screenings, interviews, assessment and selection, onboarding, HR administration, reporting, payroll support, training, employer branding, recruitment events, and employee recognition initiatives. The role requires recruitment experience, immediate availability, the ability to work at pace across multiple projects and campaigns, and a people-focused, adaptable approach.

Manage day-to-day operations for a high-volume retail store, including stock flow, deliveries, inventory control, replenishment, scheduling, compliance, back-of-house standards, and team leadership. The role supports store trading priorities, improves operational processes, allocates resources, and ensures procedures, health and safety, loss prevention, and administration are consistently maintained.
