Develop, train, evaluate, optimize, and productionize machine learning and deep learning models. Translate requirements into model architectures and measurable criteria, prepare and version data, build model-serving APIs and MLOps pipelines, and deploy and monitor AI workloads. Collaborate with data science, software, and platform teams while balancing quality, latency, scalability, reliability, security, cost, and maintainability. Apply responsible AI practices, document systems, and use benchmarking to guide adoption of emerging methods.

Develop software solutions, maintain quality standards, conduct peer reviews, collaborate with teams, and mentor junior developers. Drive improvements and ensure adherence to best practices.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, remove impediments, track sprint/release progress and metrics, produce project reports for senior management, coordinate with Product Owner and stakeholders, and develop training materials.
