Owns Aghanim’s global payment-provider strategy and relationships, including market analysis, payment-method selection, partner sourcing, commercial negotiations, due diligence, integrations, launches, and post-launch performance management. The role optimizes authorization rates, conversion, costs, fraud, chargebacks, settlement, foreign exchange, and market-specific pricing while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.

Own and improve developer-facing documentation (guides, API references, architecture, tutorials) using Docusaurus/MDX. Collaborate with engineers and product teams to translate complex technical concepts, manage documentation platform, workflows, localization, and optimize content for human and AI-assisted discovery and search.

Provide high-trust executive and personal support to the CRO: manage calendar, meetings, international travel and logistics, reservations, administrative tasks, vendor coordination, track action items, research, and create structure for a fast-moving schedule.
