Own and improve developer-facing documentation (guides, API references, architecture, tutorials) using Docusaurus/MDX. Collaborate with engineers and product teams to translate complex technical concepts, manage documentation platform, workflows, localization, and optimize content for human and AI-assisted discovery and search.

Provide high-trust executive and personal support to the CRO: manage calendar, meetings, international travel and logistics, reservations, administrative tasks, vendor coordination, track action items, research, and create structure for a fast-moving schedule.

Design, build, and maintain backend services for payments and billing. Integrate with external payment providers, implement reliable transaction workflows (retries, reconciliation, idempotency), write well-tested production code, and monitor and troubleshoot payment flows to ensure scalability and correctness.
