Designs and develops electrical systems for complex power generator packages, providing subject-matter expertise across product engineering and manufacturing. Leads electrical design standardization, product optimization, testing, compliance, and technical support while coaching a small engineering team. Collaborates with global engineering teams, customers, and stakeholders to define specifications and improve product efficiency, reliability, maintainability, and commercial performance.
