Oversees credit evaluation and underwriting for specialty lending portfolios, emphasizing nonprofit financial analysis, accounting, portfolio quality, regulatory compliance, and credit risk management. Establishes credit policy, supports responsible growth, and partners with executive leadership. Requires a finance or accounting degree and CPA or formal accounting background with nonprofit audit or advisory experience.

Develops, grows, and manages a planned giving program supporting Assemblies of God and affiliated ministries. Builds long-term philanthropic support through donor-advised funds, trusts, endowments, charitable gift annuities, and legacy gifts. Responds to donor requests through seminars, individual consultations, and personal visits while working with organizational leadership.
