Maintain status trackers, enforce approval workflows, proof and QA all assets (email, SMS, forms, staging), manage UTM taxonomy, publish/version-control approved assets, hold distributed LATAM team accountable for hours and deliverables, document standards, and steward legal/regulatory sign-offs through the creative-to-board chain.
