Supports executives with calendar management, communications, meetings, travel, and follow-up. Prepares financial reports, budgets, forecasts, dashboards, KPIs, and financial models. Identifies and implements AI-powered automation, administers business software, manages user access and technology vendors, supports integrations, and provides basic technical assistance and employee training.

Own and grow the company’s Instagram and Facebook presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing branded content. Manage the content calendar, produce posts, reels, stories, graphics, and short-form videos, and write engaging captions and calls to action. Capture event and behind-the-scenes stories, develop testimonials, monitor performance metrics, and use data to improve content strategy, audience growth, engagement, credibility, and lead generation.

Analyze user behavior, product performance, experiments, and academic research data to guide product decisions and health outcomes. Responsibilities include building Mixpanel dashboards, validating event tracking, querying Snowflake with SQL, developing Python analyses and automation, maintaining data pipelines, creating BI visualizations, conducting user research, performing statistical testing, preparing research manuscripts, and supporting grant-funded projects.
