Territory-based sales role responsible for driving revenue of Agendia oncology diagnostics (MammaPrint, BluePrint) by identifying and managing hospital, pathology, and physician accounts, building KOL relationships, achieving sales targets, maintaining SFDC records, and supporting regional marketing and compliance efforts. Heavy travel and territory residency required.

Sell Agendia molecular oncology products within a New England territory by developing territory plans, targeting hospitals/pathology groups and oncologists, building KOL relationships, meeting sales targets, maintaining SFDC records, attending meetings/trade shows, and traveling frequently (up to 75%). Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and provide scientific product education without offering patient treatment recommendations.

Receive, sort, accession, label, and prepare patient specimens for laboratory testing. Enter and update data in the Laboratory Information System, perform quality checks, assemble and file case paperwork, coordinate couriers and supplies, follow SOPs and safety protocols, and support administrative and inventory tasks.

Perform complex molecular diagnostic testing (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR/RT-PCR, sequencing, microarray), maintain SOPs and LIMS, support instrument validation, quality systems, and data recording; follow regulatory and safety standards.
