The role is accountable for SALs, pipeline contribution, activity metrics, conversion rates, and quota attainment.

Lead end-to-end UX design for AgencyBloc's SaaS products: translate customer research and product strategy into interaction designs, prototypes, and design system components. Collaborate with Product, UX Research, and Engineering to resolve ambiguity, set UX standards, and ensure designs are buildable and user-centered.
