Lead definition and evolution of cloud data architecture and analytics platform using a lakehouse approach. Design secure, scalable AWS data platforms, medallion data layers, data modeling standards, ETL/ELT and streaming pipelines, governance, observability, and AI/ML enablement. Drive tool selection, cross-team architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and enforce data security, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.

Lead and build a new Data and Business Operations organization to operationalize AI across the enterprise: prototype and deploy AI-driven workflows, integrate data silos, procure and scale AI tooling, establish an AI Center of Excellence and data stewardship, hire and lead the team, partner with Product and Technology, and deliver measurable ROI and operational outcomes.

Manage and grow existing client relationships for AgencyBloc, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, conduct business reviews, coordinate with Customer Success and Product to resolve issues, execute strategic account plans, provide product demos and training, and keep accurate HubSpot records to meet revenue and retention goals.
