Carry and consistently hit quota, manage pipeline and forecasting in CRM, collaborate with operations and customer success for onboarding, and represent the company in-office and at industry events.

Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs and represent the company in-person.

Coordinate and support client compliance engagements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) through onboarding to audit readiness. Serve as day-to-day client contact, collect and validate evidence, maintain CRM and compliance platforms, schedule meetings, draft policies under guidance, track timelines, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables and strong client relationships.
