Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for managing inbound/outbound opportunities, running discovery calls and demos, building proposals, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and maintaining pipeline/forecasting in CRM to consistently hit revenue quota. Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs and represent the company in-person.

Coordinate and support client compliance engagements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) through onboarding to audit readiness. Serve as day-to-day client contact, collect and validate evidence, maintain CRM and compliance platforms, schedule meetings, draft policies under guidance, track timelines, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables and strong client relationships.
