Respond quickly, identify intent, resolve repeatable issues via playbooks, route and escalate complex or sales-ready conversations with clean context, maintain accurate records and tags, and provide rotational US-hours coverage including nights and weekends to meet SLAs.

Convert warm inbound leads into long-term clients across the Americas, handling full commercial cycle from qualification to close. Manage ongoing account revenue, reduce drop-off, surface expansion/referral opportunities, and progressively develop outbound BD. Support English- and Portuguese-speaking clients during US hours, collaborate with operations and client support, and feed market insights back to the team.
