Support the Sales Consultant by engaging prospects, following up on leads, coordinating tours and events, managing inquiries, deposits and move-ins/outs, building referral relationships, and helping maintain occupancy while delivering exceptional experiences for residents and families.

Lead a portfolio of senior living communities driving financial performance, staffing, compliance, occupancy, and customer satisfaction. Coach and mentor Executive Directors, implement operational processes, manage openings/acquisitions, report on regional performance, and travel extensively (up to 75%) to support properties as needed.
