Manage HR operations including employee records, lifecycle processes, HR reporting, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, compliance with labor laws and food-safety standards, and support audits and process improvements to enhance employee experience and operational readiness.

Manage daily workshop operations, maintain and repair agricultural and processing machinery, perform diagnostics, implement preventive maintenance, keep maintenance records and parts inventory, install and commission equipment, improve workshop efficiency, and enforce health and safety standards.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Operations Manager across Production, Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain, and Security. Maintain operational records, consolidate and analyze data, track action items, assist workforce/shift documentation, support compliance and SOP version control, monitor inventory reports, coordinate meetings and cross-functional communication, and strengthen administrative systems to reduce delays and inefficiencies.
