The Quality Assurance Analyst will design and maintain test cases, execute manual testing, document reproducible defects, validate data using SQL, and prioritize testing based on risk. The role partners with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to clarify requirements, establish QA guardrails, improve UAT cycles, publish quality metrics, and identify high-value automation opportunities.

Leads a 10–15-person software development team, establishing scalable Scrum leadership and standardized delivery processes. Partners cross-functionally to deliver projects on time, within scope, with strong quality, customer satisfaction, and margins. Oversees developer utilization, dashboards, QA, compliance, auditability, continuous improvement, and leadership reporting. Builds high-performing teams, develops technical leaders, and creates structure in ambiguous, transformational environments.
