Serves as the first point of contact for guests, clients, service providers, and other external parties. Provides administrative support to management, sales, marketing, and business development teams. Responsibilities include travel booking, ordering and invoicing, mail collection, vendor follow-up, purchase order creation, CRM updates, report preparation, meeting coordination, presentation materials, and general office administration. The role requires strong organization, communication, computer, multitasking, customer service, and confidentiality skills in a Calgary office and laboratory environment.

Generates new business opportunities, builds sales pipelines, manages customer relationships, and develops territory and account plans to achieve revenue goals. The representative acts as a trusted client advisor, collaborates with internal teams, attends industry events, monitors market and competitor activity, and uses analytics to identify growth opportunities. Administrative responsibilities include reporting, documentation, and account updates.
